Predio 2000 is a company dedicated to real estate development of high level family houses which, have been historically developed in Sotogrande, the prestigious residential resort located on the Costa del Sol and in close proximity to Gibraltar.
Predio 2000 was founded in 1997 by a group of professionals from the real estate sector. Right now it is almost completely controlled by Antonio Casado Pérez, an architect who has designed numerous projects in Sotogrande and who is a former Managing Director of Sotogrande S.A.
Having passed the real estate crisis, Predio 2000 has re-started their activities with the development of a family house in Los Altos de Valderrama, an exclusive zone in Sotogrande. In this new chapter, the company sets two new objectives; to re-position a high quality product at a more competitive price, and to take greater care into insulating and the thermal installations of the houses in order to reduce the maintaining costs.
